I spent some time looking for clumps of snowdrops instead of making do with a few here and there. I eventually found them in a church graveyard – as if they too are trying to escape. The ground is a bit muddy and the grass around the trees is still covered with leaves from last year. It wasn’t sunny but I still took the photo.

Farther behind there are fewer trees and some daffodils (not a host) are beginning to flower. I might go back and take more photos when the sun’s out (and remember to use my glasses).
